Leisure Travel Consultant

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Leisure Travel Consultant to help clients plan and book memorable leisure travel experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, has excellent destination knowledge, and can create customized itineraries that align with clients' preferences, budgets, and travel goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, budget, and expectations.
• Design and recommend customized domestic and international leisure travel itineraries.
• Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, rail travel, tours, transfers, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, travel documentation, health requirements, and local customs.
• Manage bookings, amendments, cancellations, refunds, and travel disruptions efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or any stream.
• 2–5 years of experience in leisure travel consulting or a similar travel sales role.
• Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and holiday products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
