Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Learning and Development Specialist. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee performance and skill development. The specialist will maintain and manage learning management systems, deliver effective coaching, and facilitate workshops to empower employees. Additionally, the role requires collaboration across teams to assess training needs and ensure that learning initiatives align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating engaging training materials
• Strong Communication skills and an ability to effectively present ideas
• Proven experience in Coaching and mentoring individuals and teams
• Ability to assess organizational needs and develop customized learning solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development is a plus
