We are looking for passionate, motivated, and empathetic Care Professionals to join our incredible team of healthcare heroes in the Cheshire East area.

We have weekend hours available, including flexible scheduling options – such as every Saturday and Sunday, or alternate weekend shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 22:00pm.

Rate of pay: £27,040 per annum (based on 40 hours per week, £13.00 per hour, pro rata)
PAID travel time (Paid at £13ph)
PAID mileage at 30p per mile

Care Professional Responsibilities Include

Travelling to see your regular clients and provide support aligned with their care plans and preferences.
Assist with preparing meals and keeping their living spaces neat and tidy.
Run errands such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions.
Offer companionship and friendly conversations.
Help clients move safely around their home.
Manage and support medication routines.
Help clients preserve their dignity by assisting with personal care tasks, such as dressing, when needed.

In order to be considered as a Care Professional, you MUST:

Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own reliable vehicle
Have a valid right to work in the UK
Be living in the country and already be local to this role
Be able to commit to working weekends
