Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our clients business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating outreach, and qualifying leads to drive the sales pipeline. This role is crucial in helping the sales team focus on high-potential opportunities and requires a blend of communication, research, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule meetings, demos, or introductory calls with decision-makers.
Consistently follow up with prospects to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy through mining and cleansing.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, telesales, or appointment setting.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools for prospecting and engagement.
Key Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to clearly present and articulate value propositions.
Proficiency in research and data management.
Adaptability to new tools and workflows.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
