Role Description

This full-time on-site position for a Last Mile Hub Incharge is based in Haripad. The role focuses on overseeing and managing daily operations at the last-mile delivery hub to ensure timely and efficient delivery processes. Responsibilities include supervising hub staff, ensuring accurate order sorting and dispatch, managing delivery schedules, maintaining compliance with company protocols, and resolving customer issues efficiently. The role also involves streamlining workflow, maximizing team productivity, and monitoring operational metrics for quality assurance.

Qualifications
  • Strong team management and supervision skills to lead operational workflows at the hub.
  • Proficiency in coordinating logistics processes such as order handling, sorting, and scheduling deliveries.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with established protocols and adherence to safety standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills to resolve issues effectively and maintain satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using logistics-related technology and reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing operational KPIs, improving efficiencies, and operational reporting.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on last-mile delivery, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
