The Sales Manager – LAP will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition and management of Loan Against Property customers. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with lending policies.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Business Development
: Identify and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property products.
Sales Strategy
: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Team Management
: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
Customer Relationship
: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Credit Assessment

Market Analysis

👤 Desired Candidate Profile - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in retail lending, preferably in Loan Against Property
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, property valuation, and credit processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
🏢 Reporting Structure - Reports to: Regional Sales Head / Business Head – LAP
- Supervises: Sales Executives / Relationship Managers
