Junior Student Counselor

What Does This Role Involve?

As a Junior Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service, personal guidance, and strategic support to our premium students and their parents throughout their study abroad journey. You will build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with families, ensuring they receive timely, personalised, and stress-free assistance. This position requires proactive communication, rapid problem-solving, and managing various administrative workflows to elevate the end-to-end student experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Student and Parent Support: Act as the primary, empathetic point of contact for families, walking them through deadlines, milestones, and program requirements.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Maintain clear, proactive, and positive communication channels with students to keep them motivated and on track.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage data entry, track application timelines, schedule counselling sessions, and ensure student documentation is highly organised.
• Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with our senior admissions consultants and test prep teams to seamlessly resolve student queries and keep applications moving smoothly.

• Meticulous attention to detail (minor application mistakes aren't an option!).
• Psychology and Educational majors are welcome.
