Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Staff Accountant for a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The Junior Staff Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, including account reconciliations, preparing financial reports, maintaining records of financial transactions, and assisting with audits. The role also includes processing accounts receivable and payable, handling payroll preparations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Strong grounding in basic accounting principles and proficiency in financial reconciliation
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare relevant financial reports
Good verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Prior experience in a similar role or internships in accounting is a plus
