We Are Looking For

Overall responsible of the Electrical & Mechanical utilities of data centers at a particular location. Manage Electrical/ Mechanical operations in rotational shift including Customer SLA management.

Maintains electrical equipment and safety of people and property. The person should have a knowledge of high-end electric equipment and their operations.

Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for managing availability & maintaining uptime of respective data center

 Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including 220KV GIS Substation, 11KV, 22 KV substation, Transformers, UPS, lifts, DG set, Chillers, PAHU, PAC, air conditioning, BMS, fire

services, water supply, STP, OWG electricity supply and building work.

 Report and follow up any request & complaints from Customer to management office.

 Report and follow up complaints with Vendor.

 Follow up on pending issues carried forward from previous shift.

 Maintaining hand over/take over logbooks per shift.

 Checking and maintaining the Logbooks and checklists of all facilities.

 Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report to the Operations Manager

 Ensure PM activities carrying out as per PM schedule with safety standard.

 Aware about incident management/ change management process.

 Manage various team like BMS / Power/ Infra/ HVAC/ RHS team in shifts.

 Monitoring customer material / man movement and assist to RHS team for the same.

 Arranging RHS team to provide support RHS support to the customer requirement.

 Maintain documentation on shared folder.

 Responsible for maintaining response to customer tickets as per SLA

 Notification to be shared with respective customer as per TAT.

 To attend to breakdown on site ensuring that there is always rapid response and DC Infra equipment breakdown time is nil.

 Involve in FAT & SAT

 Responsible to implement BCP test.

 Responsible for identification & prepare of snag point

 Responsible for e waste & hazardous waste management process inline with ISO 14001.

 Responsible to manage Incident, change capacity, problem, Security Incident and Event

Management, Energy Management etc.

 Follow up internal escalation matrix to communicate incident.

 To generate reports related to uptime, electrical power consumption as required by stakeholders.

 Managed operations resource

 Optimize operating conditions regarding energy, security, and overall maintenance of Data Centre

 High level of employee engagement

 Responsible for business continuity, Environmental, Energy, Quality & safety Management of

respective data center

 Responsible for continual improvement of the respective data center.

 Responsible for Safety & security system for respective data center.

Process:

 Perform detailed Incident report for any issue / failure and implement corrective actions within the facility.

 Should be aware & Follow Incident, change, problem management process.

 Adhere SOP and MOP basis the data center design to ensure seamless DC operations.

 Ensures Data center processes are followed to agreed process and procedure for ISO 20000,

27001,22301,14001,50001,45001, 9001. PCI DSS, &SOC

 Follow guidelines for safety checks of electrical & mechanical equipment & all other data center

related activities in line with ISO 45001.

Safety:

 Prepare guidelines for safety checks of electrical equipment and accordingly create checklists.

 Ensure the safety process follow at site.

Requirements:

 Diploma / Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or any graduate in appropriate engineering field.

 Relevant Work Experience: At least 2– 5 years.

 Total Work Experience: At least 4 – 7 years.

 Prior experience in DC infrastructure operation & maintenance.

 Prior experience in managing data center operations and handover from project team.

 Must have experience / engaged for carrying out IST with hyperscale customers in data center projects.

 Familiar with various Electrical, Mechanical, IBMS equipment.

 Extensive knowledge in Data Centre infrastructure design, construction / Fit out include mechanical, Cooling, builder works and security systems.

Other Added Advantage

 Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point.

 Vendor management.

 Problem solving and performing RCA skill.
