Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end solutions using Java and Spring Boot
Develop and implement microservices architecture for enterprise-grade applications
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement application requirements
Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices, high-quality standards, and maintainable code
Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in a cloud-based environment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to improve system reliability and performance
Optimize application performance and scalability by designing efficient and reusable code
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in back-end development and cloud computing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of back-end services with front-end applications, particularly React JS or Angular JS when applicable

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in back-end development using Java
Hands-on experience working in cloud-based environments
Expertise in conducting code reviews and implementing best coding practices and standards
Proficient in the design and development of Spring Boot microservices
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Knowledge of database systems and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with responsive UI applications, particularly using frameworks like React JS or Angular JS
Knowledge of any AI tools and experience with their integration into development projects
Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker/Kubernetes
