Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the sales process. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and providing administrative support to the sales team in achieving targets and increasing customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients effectively
  • Marketing Awareness: Basic understanding of marketing techniques and customer behavior
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct market research and interpret data to identify new opportunities
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a sales and marketing team
  • Customer Service: Focused on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction
  • Well-versed in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
