Senior Business Development Executive – Advertising Sales 📍 Bhubaneswar

We're a full-service digital marketing and branding agency with offices in Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, and Tampa. We work across real estate, healthcare, hospitality, e-commerce, and more — building brands that actually move the needle.

Now we're looking for a Senior BDE to lead advertising sales out of our Bhubaneswar office.

What you'll do

Identify and close new business across digital advertising, performance marketing, and integrated brand campaigns. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and handoff. You'll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to shape proposals that win. And you'll be expected to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across industries.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or agency business development
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Comfort selling digital-first solutions: performance marketing, social, SEO, content, video
• Excellent communication skills — you can hold a room and hold a call
• Self-starter energy with the ability to work independently and prioritise ruthlessly
• Existing relationships in Odisha's business ecosystem are a plus
