Role Description
Here’s a strong, structured JD for an E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager suitable for LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals.
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition, optimize marketing funnels, and drive revenue growth across our e-commerce channels.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms
- Manage performance budgets and ensure maximum ROI and ROAS
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve campaign performance
E-commerce Growth
- Drive customer acquisition and sales through performance marketing for D2C website and marketplaces
- Optimize conversion rates and customer journeys across digital touchpoints
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to increase revenue and retention
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms
- Build performance dashboards and present actionable insights to leadership
Campaign & Funnel Optimization
- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates through data-driven decisions
Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and brand teams to develop high-performing campaigns
- Coordinate with agencies, internal teams, and external partners
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
- Experience managing paid media campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital analytics tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Mumbai & willing to travel to BKC
