Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth for IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and cold outreach
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (web development, mobile apps, software, etc.)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of sales activities and update CRM regularly

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Software Development)
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer (preferred)
