Job Description

Role Overview


We are hiring an Assistant Product Manager (APM) to drive execution and improvements for our POS + Orders platform, which powers ~80% of company revenue through store quotations and order processing.

This role is execution-heavy and impact-driven — focused on improving store efficiency, order accuracy, pricing governance, and revenue conversion.



Key Responsibilities


  • Own execution of POS features from PRD to release
  • Improve quotation → order conversion journeys
  • Manage catalog, pricing, and discount logic alignment
  • Reduce order errors, pricing mismatches, and discount leakages
  • Coordinate with Tech, Store Ops, Finance, and CRM teams
  • Track core KPIs (conversion, adoption, error rate, TAT)
  • Conduct UAT and ensure smooth go-lives across stores



What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Product / Business / Ops
  • Strong structured thinking and requirement writing skills
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with dashboards
  • High ownership and strong cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience with internal tools / ERP / POS / e-commerce systems preferred
