What would you do? We’re the global managed services arm of Accenture Interactive. We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, turning consumer data into actionable insights to ensure consumer-centric strategy and plan development that strengthen CRM strategies, campaign performance, and overall marketing outcomes. You will contribute to building reports and dashboards that provide visibility into consumer behavior and campaign performance while supporting initiatives that unify consumer data across markets. By continuously improving data processes and embedding governance standards into daily operations, you will help deliver timely, relevant, and impactful insights that drive marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of professional experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort handling large datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to quickly learn cloud-based third-party applications
  • Ability to link pricing levers to volume and revenue outcomes
  • Experience with forecast vs actual variance analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured thinking and commercial mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Accounting
  • Experience in FMCG or Tobacco industry
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Experience working with cross-regional or global teams
  • Familiarity with pricing performance frameworks
  • Exposure to resource allocation modelling
  • Experience with advanced commercial analytics approaches Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support pricing discussions and resource allocation forums across the value chain
  • Understand pricing strategies, initiatives, and underlying pricing levers
  • Assess impact of pricing realization on volume trends vs forecast assumptions
  • Tailor forward-looking pricing assumptions based on performance trends
  • Execute business tracking metrics and reporting routines
  • Generate commercial insights to support decision-making
  • Conduct continuous performance analysis to highlight key findings
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Communicate effectively with cross-geography and cross-cultural stakeholders, Any Graduation
