Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for guiding clients through their partner search, ensuring a personalized and seamless matchmaking experience. Daily responsibilities include understanding client preferences, maintaining regular communication, coordinating potential matches, managing client accounts, and ensuring high client satisfaction through timely follow-ups and effective problem-solving. The Relationship Manager will support clients in building trust-based relationships and provide empathetic guidance throughout their journey with EliteBandhan.com.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills for client communication and support
• Excellent customer service abilities with a proactive and empathetic approach
• Effective administrative and organizational skills, including account management and documentation
• Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the ability to mediate between parties
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage)
• Experience working in customer-facing roles or in the matchmaking/matrimony industry is a plus
• Familiarity with Indian cultural and traditional values around relationships and marriage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or Business
• Adept at working collaboratively as part of a team and independently in an on-site environment
