This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Trainee based in Kerala, India. The trainee will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include developing strategies for client acquisition, maintaining accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve growth targets and drive sustainable development.
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business and Account Management
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
