Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in L.B .Nagar, designed for Junior Sales & Customer Support Executives. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance through various online channels, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, offering technical support, and maintaining positive relationships with clients while ensuring prompt support resolution. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and a focus on maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Basic proficiency in using customer support software and tools
• Graduation in any discipline is preferred
• Previous experience in customer support or sales roles is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
