Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon/Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to enhance our operational efficiency and customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and technology, to translate business needs into actionable insights and contribute to the overall growth of Vetic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories, to facilitate clear communication and understanding.

- Perform data analysis using SQL and Python to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that inform strategic decision-making.

- Create and present data-driven reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance to stakeholders.

Required Skillset:

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

Experience using Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting.

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
