Job Description: HR Recruiter –

Experienced in sales profile hiring,(Bulk Hiring)

Location: Pune, India Experience: 0 to 6 Month

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team specializing in BDS hiring or sales profile With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering top-tier talent, the ideal candidate must have 0 to 6 months of experience in recruiting and are passionate about finding and engaging top talent, we invite you to be a part of our thriving team. Responsibilities-  Use job boards, social media, and networks to find potential candidates.

 Conduct initial screenings and select candidates for interviews.

 Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

 Stay updated on industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.

 Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes.

Required Skill Sets: 1. Must a MBA graduate or Certified HR Professional

• At least 0-6 month of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on BDS/Sales roles.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proficiency with Recruitment Tools: Analytical Abilities:
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Timing- 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM, Mon-Fri
