Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, OH, for a HR IT Recruiter and HR Executive at PAYTM SERVICES PVT LTD. The role involves managing full-life cycle recruiting processes, sourcing and hiring the best talent in the IT field, and coordinating technical recruitment efforts. The individual will also be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The HR Executive will assist with other HR-related functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Strong skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Experience in hiring processes and candidate evaluation techniques
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field; certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
