Manager/AM – Sales (New Business Development)

We're looking for a driven sales professional who thrives on the hunt. Someone who sees untapped markets as opportunities and turns cold prospects into long-term partnerships. If you have a track record of consistently exceeding targets and building pipelines from scratch, this role is for you.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account acquisition
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Research and qualify high-value prospects in your territory
  • Conduct compelling discovery calls and needs assessments
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with decision-makers
  • Lead negotiations and navigate objections effectively
  • Manage contract finalization and handoff to account management
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene


What You Bring:

  • 6-8 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrable revenue achievement
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in the APAC market is desirable but not compulsory.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce or similar)


Location: Chennai (On-site)

Travel: 15-20%
