Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Kochi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth in the assigned region. Daily responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, managing customer inquiries, and providing product demonstrations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of product offerings and market trends.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability in market research and identifying business growth opportunities
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in product demonstrations and a solid understanding of medical devices or healthcare technologies
- Organizational skills with the ability to meet sales targets and work in a high-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
