Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for team growth, revenue, and finding new opportunities, along with lead generation, consulting clients, closing deals, managing, and engaging with the organization's online community in a way that builds brand awareness and revenue growth. They will work cross-functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers and increase growth.

 

You will do this:

  • Experience in the international process
  • Managing team and sales strategy
  • Responsible for team training and sales target
  • Support team in accomplishing weekly/ monthly target
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation
  • Creating campaigns for community growth
  • Work on inside sales and demo
  • End-to-end business growth
  • Setting and implementing forum campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Respond to queries and maintain communication
  • Understanding social media trends

 

You must be good at:

  • Excellent communication (English- verbal & written)
  • Objection handling and persuasion
  • Managing CRM
  • Work experience in customer service or community manager
  • Ability to identify and monitor KPIs for forum
  • Excellent verbal (international communication will be an advantage) and writing skills
  • Work on website traffic growth
  • Attention to detail, solution-oriented, and ownership is a must
  • A good learner and listener


Required:

  • 1 - 4 years experience in sales or BDE


Job Type: Full-time (2 months paid probation)

 

CTC: ₹3- 6 LPA

 

Schedule: Day shift/ Mon - Sat (WFO)

 

Ability to commute/relocate: HYD/ Tara Nagar (Chanda Nagar)
