This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Sales Specialist located in Kochi. The role involves engaging with customers in the showroom, providing expert advice about the range of vehicles, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities also include managing sales processes, maintaining showroom standards, collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns effectively.

• Experience in showroom management and knowledge of showroom operations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Strong customer service skills, with an ability to provide solutions and build relationships
• Proven sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
• Knowledge or interest in interior design, with the ability to guide customers on product selection
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to dynamic environments
• Previous experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus
