Job Responsibility

• To develop business in the zone by planning, directing and implementing sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives of the zone.
• Analyzing the sales trends and taking corrective actions wherever necessary.
• Developing sales plan to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the zone.
• Plan and achieve business goals month on month
• Responsible for building and managing life insurance agency model for the entire zone.
• Ensure adherence to the company's code of conduct, rules and regulations.
• Drive Distribution Objectives - Target segment/Reach/Penetration/Cross sell/Up sell
• Build Product and Local Market Knowledge, Track Competition Activity and Practices
• Retention of Staff: Ensure a healthy work environment and social interaction with team

Job Specification

• Candidate should be from Life Insurance Domain only.
• Minimum 20-25 years of work experience.
• Should have good years of team handling experience.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
