We’re looking for a Growth Executive who can support our business across performance marketing, data analytics, SEO, and marketplace growth. This is a great opportunity for a fresher or junior candidate who wants hands-on experience in a fast-moving D2C fashion startup.

📍 Location: Bengaluru

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office Only

🕒 Experience: 0–1 Year (Fresher)

⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Excel/Google Sheets reports and business data
• Support performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Assist with SEO and website optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Support marketplace operations across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and other platforms
• Analyze sales, traffic, ROAS, CAC, and other key business metrics

We’re Looking For:

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
• Basic understanding of performance marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Quick learner who can work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in e-commerce, fashion, and D2C brands
