Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead our online marketplace operations and drive business growth across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, inventory planning knowledge, and experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy, and other marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Monitor daily business performance including sales, traffic, conversion rate, Buy Box, stock availability, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with Vendor Managers and Marketplace Account Managers to improve business performance.
  • Ensure timely creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings, A+ content, brand stores, and catalog quality.
  • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, deals, coupons, and advertising campaigns.
  • Plan inventory requirements in coordination with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain healthy stock levels.
  • Analyze inventory health, sell-through rates, aging inventory, and replenishment planning.
  • Track marketplace KPIs including revenue, contribution margin, ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, sessions, and customer ratings.
  • Resolve listing issues, suppression, catalog errors, compliance issues, and operational escalations.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for payment reconciliation, claim management, deductions, and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business reports with actionable insights for senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations team while ensuring smooth execution of daily activities.
  • Identify new marketplace opportunities and implement growth initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • Hands-on experience with Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy, or similar marketplaces.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in inventory planning and demand forecasting.
  • Understanding of marketplace advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Knowledge of catalog management and product listing optimization.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Health & Personal Care, Beauty, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
