Junior Graphic Designer
(1-2 years experience | Full-time | Hybrid – India)
Garmentory is expanding in India — bringing a curation of global independent designers and emerging labels to a discerning, fashion-forward audience.
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes fashion, understands visual storytelling, and can translate trends into compelling digital content.
If your Pinterest boards are immaculate, you instinctively know what works on Reels, and you can build a campaign deck as confidently as you can design a carousel — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Social & Content
Planning and executing the monthly social media calendar
Designing grid layouts that feel cohesive and brand-led
Creating carousels, static posts, and engaging interactive stories
Conceptualising and editing Reels (trend-led + brand-led)
Designing static & video stories
Scheduling and publishing posts across platforms
Creating GIFs and lightweight motion assets
Performance & Paid Creatives
Designing ad creatives for India and select US campaigns
Creating video ad creatives (especially for US campaigns)
Supporting campaign-specific landing visuals
Email & Website
Designing email banners and building email templates
Creating homepage banners and campaign assets
Supporting overall visual consistency across CRM and web
Brand & Marketing Support
Assisting with media kits and brand decks
Supporting all marketing and communication initiatives
Researching trends within fashion, luxury, culture, and lifestyle
Staying ahead of digital formats, platform shifts, and visual trends
Managing and delivering any and all creative requirements across marketing
Who You Are
1 - 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or creative design
Highly proficient in Canva and Adobe Photoshop (non-negotiable)
Comfortable with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Strong understanding of Instagram-first storytelling
Visually sharp with an instinct for layout, typography, and mood
Deep interest in fashion, luxury, and emerging designers
Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
Self-starter who can execute independently
Bonus If You Have
Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands
Understanding of performance marketing creatives
Familiarity with email platforms
A strong personal aesthetic or content portfolio
