Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager - FMCG (non-food items) based in New Delhi. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the sourcing process for non-food FMCG products, evaluating and building vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. The role involves market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, monitoring vendor performance, and maintaining consistent supply chain operations. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to establish partnerships with reliable suppliers, ensuring product quality, pricing competitiveness, and on-time delivery to meet business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in sourcing and procurement within the FMCG (non-food items) sector.
  • Proficiency in supplier assessment, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
  • Ability to perform market analysis and leverage market trends to identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Experience with supply chain management, inventory planning, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven procurement platforms is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Q-Commerce or hyperlocal delivery systems is beneficial.
