Role Overview
We are building a high-performance Tech Sales team that can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Modern tech stacks (Frontend, Backend, Cloud, APIs, etc.)
This role requires handling both Domestic and International clients, where you will not just sell — but consult, guide, and position the right technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Pitch IT services including Web Development, Software Development, SaaS, Digital Marketing, and Automation
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle (lead → proposal → negotiation → closure)
Consultative Tech Sales
- Act as a solution advisor, not just a salesperson
- Guide clients on technology selection, architecture approach, and scalability
- Understand SDLC stages and explain project execution flow to clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to create accurate proposals and timelines
Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting model
- Develop go-to-market strategies for different service offerings
- Achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients across geographies
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations
- Handle client expectations and ensure smooth onboarding
Cross - Functional Coordination
- Work closely with tech, product, marketing, and delivery teams
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and execution teams
- Provide feedback from clients to improve services
Required Skills & Expertise
Core Knowledge
Strong understanding of SDLC (Requirement → Design → Development → Testing → Deployment)
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
Knowledge of software architecture basics and project workflows
Tech Stack Awareness
Frontend: React, Angular, HTML/CSS
Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, .NET
Database: MySQL, MongoDB
Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
APIs, Microservices architecture
Sales & Communication:
Proven experience in IT/Tech sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing ability
Experience handling international clients (US/Europe preferred)
Role Wise Expectation:
BDM
- 5–7 years experience
- Own revenue targets and client acquisition
- Handle mid-to-large deals
- Strong strategic thinking
BDA
- 2–4 years experience
- Lead generation, outreach, and initial qualification
- Support sales pipeline and client coordination
Sr. BDM
- 8–12+ years experience
- Lead entire tech sales function
- Define sales strategy, GTM, and team structure
- Handle enterprise clients and large deals
- Mentor BDM & BDA teams
Ideal Candidate
- Understands both technology and business value
- Can confidently explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Has experience working in agency/service-based IT companies
