Are you a performance-driven marketer ready to take the next step? We are looking for a commercial-minded digital specialist to own multi-channel paid media strategies, leveraging GA4 and Meta Business Manager to drive massive ROI for an established FMCG brand. You’ll sit at the heart of the marketing function, bridging the gap between brand awareness and hard sales across Amazon, Social, and Retail Media platforms.
The Role
Are you a performance-driven marketer ready to take the next step? We are looking for a commercial-minded digital specialist to own multi-channel paid media strategies, leveraging GA4 and Meta Business Manager to drive massive ROI for an established FMCG brand. You’ll sit at the heart of the marketing function, bridging the gap between brand awareness and hard sales across Amazon, Social, and Retail Media platforms.
The Role
- Lead the execution and optimization of high-impact campaigns across Paid Social (Meta), Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Manage external agency partners to ensure peak performance across the full marketing funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF).
- Scale the brand’s presence through strategic Influencer Marketing partnerships and data-backed retail media activations.
- Direct budget allocation across digital channels to maximize reach, conversion, and bottom-line revenue.
- Use GA4 and advanced data analytics to identify high-performing audiences and pioneer new optimization strategies.
- Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing role, ideally within FMCG, CPG, or eCommerce.
- Hands-on technical expertise activating paid media campaigns across Meta Business Manager and Google Ads suites.
- A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and full-funnel conversion metrics.
- Experience working with Amazon Ads or Retail Media platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with Sales, Ecommerce, and Finance teams.
- Competitive salary up to £38,000 depending on experience.
