Role: Sr. Executive / Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition
Location: Nashik (On-site)
Experience: 4+ Years
Industry Focus: IT Recruitment – FinTech, NBFCs, Banks, Financial Services
Role Overview :- We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in IT hiring for the FinTech, NBFC, Banking, and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure timely closure of critical technology positions.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across technology functions
- Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and vendor partners
- Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure quality and speed of hiring
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies
- Negotiate offers, manage offer rollouts, and support onboarding activities
- Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and regular MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and processes
- Mentor junior recruiters (for Associate Manager role)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within FinTech, NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services organizations
- Strong understanding of IT roles such as Software Development, Data, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, ATS tools, and recruitment analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for niche and emerging technology roles
- Exposure to high-volume as well as specialized hiring
- Prior experience in scaling teams or supporting business expansion
- Graduation/Post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field
