We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated 'Junior Accountant/Office Administrator' to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in accounting functions, manage day-to-day office operations, and support quotation and tender preparation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance:
• Assist in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and documentation
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoices, receipts, and payments
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in daily office operations & statutory
• Office Administration:
• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain files, records, and office documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Quotations & Tendering:
• Prepare and submit quotations as per client requirements
• Assist in tender document preparation and submission
• Review tender requirements and ensure compliance
