Purpose of the Role

The Senior D&T Analyst – Data Foundations, Supply Chain will play a critical role in strengthening General Mills’ supply chain data ecosystem. This position partners closely with business and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable data foundations that enable data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across the FMCG value chain.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years in data analytics or data analysis
Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in ETL, data modeling, and data transformation
Experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, or FMCG data
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams
Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices

Preferred Qualifications

FMCG supply chain experience, including planning, manufacturing, logistics, and sustainability
Experience with SAP platforms such as S/4HANA and BW, along with enterprise data integration
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (GCP preferred)
Experience mentoring or guiding analysts
Interest or exposure to AI, automation, and advanced analytics
