Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll serve as a technical leader and strategic partner, designing advanced data products and AI-driven systems that deliver measurable business value. You’ll influence architecture decisions, guide analytics strategy, and mentor other team members while working closely with business leaders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architecting and delivering advanced ML and AI-driven solutions
• Designing scalable data products, including real-time systems
• Partnering with business leaders to identify high-value use cases
• Leading development of LLM-based systems and RAG pipelines
• Establishing governance and lifecycle best practices
• Mentoring and enabling other data scientists
• Communicating technical strategy and ROI to stakeholders

What you’ll need:

• Advanced degree or equivalent deep industry experience
• 6–10 years of experience delivering production ML systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
• Experience designing scalable, cloud-based architectures
• Strong business acumen
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability
