Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator based in Chennai, with partial remote work flexibility. The role entails managing daily sales operations, overseeing logistics processes, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, customers, and supply chain teams. Additionally, the coordinator will analyze data to optimize operations and improve overall efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. Job is based out of Chennai but for our Middle East office operations, the coordinator must be willing to work as per Middle East timings.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Experience in Sales Operations, with proficiency in closing deals and managing sales processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data, improve logistics, and support effective decision-making
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth coordination across sales and logistics operations
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite and sales/CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Previous experience in a sales operations or logistics role is a strong advantage

Annual Salary - INR 3.5 to 4.2 Lakhs.
