Role Description

We are seeking an Italian Travel Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The role will involve creating personalized travel solutions for Italian-speaking clients, managing itineraries, travel arrangements, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities will also include coordinating with various stakeholders, assisting in resolving travel-related issues, and ensuring memorable travel experiences tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to ensure seamless and customized client services.
• Experience in Travel Consulting and the ability to design travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and needs.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address inquiries promptly.
• Proficiency in Italian language (mandatory), with knowledge of other languages being an advantage.
• Prior experience or understanding of the travel and hospitality sector is preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
• Italian language a must
