Role Description The International Travel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This position is responsible for developing and managing international travel sales, including responding to inquiries, preparing customized itineraries, and creating competitive travel packages for individual and group customers. The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients, handling bookings and reservations, coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with travel regulations. The executive will manage customer accounts, follow up on leads, close sales, and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Daily activities also include updating sales reports, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service offerings.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong International Sales and Sales skills, with proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive travel experience.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain client relationships, manage bookings, and oversee repeat business.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of International Business to understand global travel markets, pricing, and cross-cultural communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present travel solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms, MS Office tools, and basic CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related sales role is preferred.
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
