This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and selling travel packages, creating travel itineraries, and assisting customers with bookings. Daily tasks include consulting clients to determine travel needs, providing advice on destinations, arranging accommodations and transportation, and resolving customer inquiries. Maintaining relationships with clients and identifying potential new customers is also key to the role.

• Proven skills in Travel Sales, Customer Service, and Travel Planning
• Knowledge of Ticketing, Reservation Systems, and travel-related software
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with global destinations, travel trends, and holiday packages
• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
