Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Book domestic and international flight tickets using GDS software and other airline booking portals.
  • Coordinate with airlines to obtain the best available fares for corporate and leisure travel.
  • Process ticket bookings, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
  • Assist customers with flight schedules, fare details, baggage policies, and travel-related queries.
  • Ensure accurate passenger information while issuing or modifying tickets.
  • Maintain booking records and update customer details in the system.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for timely execution of travel requests.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with airline partners and travel vendors.
  • Support clients by providing timely assistance for ticketing and travel requirements.
  • Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy, customer service, and adherence to company processes.


Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in travel & tourism, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in air ticketing, travel operations, or the travel industry. (Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.)
  • Basic knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) & domestic and international airline ticketing procedures is a plus.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
