Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales Executive role based in Noida. The IT Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and present Odoo-based ERP and CRM solutions to prospective clients. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, and working with technical teams to propose tailored solutions. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The IT Sales Executive will also track market trends, support marketing initiatives, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and solution offerings.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in IT solution sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing, preferably in ERP/CRM or SaaS environments.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate client requirements into appropriate Odoo-based solutions.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Comfort with working closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate scoping and successful project handovers.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecast sales, and maintain detailed customer records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience in IT sales will also be considered.
- Previous experience selling ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions is highly beneficial.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
