Responsibilities
  1. Handle communication with potential investors, business partners and stakeholders.
  2. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with investors.
  3. Coordinate investor calls, meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
  4. Prepare and share company profiles, investment proposals, pitch decks and project updates.
  5. Maintain investor database, follow-up reports and communication records.
  6. Support the management team in fundraising discussions and investor presentations.
  7. Explain Algaven’s business model, products, projects and growth opportunities clearly to investors.
  8. Communicate professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
  9. Identify and connect with potential investors through LinkedIn and business networks.
  10. Coordinate with internal teams to collect project details, financial data and business updates.
  11. Track investor responses and ensure timely follow-up.
  12. Represent the company in a professional, confident and positive manner.


Responsibilities

  • Act as professional Executive Assistant / PA to the MD for business coordination.
  • Manage MD’s schedules, reminders, travel coordination and meeting preparation.
  • Handle confidential documents and senior-level communication professionally.
  • Travel for official meetings, investor discussions, exhibitions and business events when required.
  • Connect with potential investors and partners through LinkedIn, calls and networks.
  • Submit regular reports and coordinate with internal teams for required data

  • Qualification
    1. MBA Graduate in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
    2. Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
    3. Excellent communication skills in English.
    4. Hindi communication skill will be an added advantage.
    5. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
    6. Good presentation and coordination skills.
    7. Basic understanding of finance, investment, business growth and startup ecosystem.
    8. Smart, confident, presentable and professional attitude.
    9. Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and LinkedIn usage.
    10. Ability to learn quickly and explain business concepts clearly.
    11. Strong follow-up discipline and reporting skills.
    12. Willingness to work in a fast-growing startup environment.
