Role Description The Head of Investor Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for leading all investor communication and engagement activities. This position oversees the development and delivery of clear, consistent messaging to current and potential investors through presentations, reports, and briefings. The role includes managing investor meetings and roadshows, responding to investor inquiries, and coordinating with internal finance and leadership teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of financial and strategic information. The Head of Investor Relations will analyze market and investor feedback, monitor industry trends, and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making. This role also involves maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and building strong, trust-based relationships with the investor community.
Qualifications

• Strong Investor Relations and Investor Presentations skills, with experience communicating complex financial information clearly.
• Solid Finance and Investments knowledge, including understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation concepts.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and investor feedback for strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and investors.
• Proven experience in a senior investor relations, corporate finance, or related role, preferably within financial services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
