Ltd, a leading player in the agricultural and food export sector based in India, is seeking an experienced International Sales Team Lead / Senior Manager – International Business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the company's international sales initiatives and expand market presence across global markets.

As the International Sales Team Lead / Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will oversee the international sales team, craft strategic partnerships, and negotiate key deals to achieve business objectives. The role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities in diverse markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the international sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive international sales strategies.
  • Identify potential markets and establish new client relationships globally.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in international sales or business development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of global food export markets, especially rice or similar commodities
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
