Job Title: International Customer Support Executive – Travel Healthcare

Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹3.96 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA

5.5 Days | Rotational Shifts | Rotational Weekly Offs

About The Role

We are looking for an International Customer Support Executive to join our Travel Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support international customers with travel bookings, healthcare-related travel coordination, itinerary changes, and issue resolution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
  • Assist with travel bookings, amendments, cancellations, and service requests
  • Handle travel healthcare coordination requests efficiently
  • Work on GDS platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance adherence
  • Deliver high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment

Mandatory Requirements

✔ 6 months to 1 year experience in International BPO / Voice Process

✔ Hands-on GDS experience (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is mandatory

✔ Excellent spoken and written English

✔ Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills

✔ Comfortable with rotational shifts

✔ Immediate joiners preferred
