Experience: Minimum 6 Months in International Chat/Voice Process (US or UK Process Mandatory)

Salary: 28k-38k(Based on Experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International US or UK Chat/Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle international customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via Chat and Voice.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Communicate confidently with US/UK customers.
• Update customer interactions in the CRM system
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of International US/UK Chat or Voice Process experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong typing and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
