Role Description The Intern Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The individual in this role will support the sales team by identifying potential B2B clients, assisting in lead generation, and following up with prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating client databases, preparing basic sales presentations, and supporting quotations and order processing under guidance from senior team members. The Intern Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries, help monitor customer satisfaction, and gather feedback to improve sales approaches. This role offers exposure to corporate and distributor sales in the cleaning and hygiene products sector and the opportunity to learn structured selling and account management.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with corporate clients and distributors.
  • Basic sales and negotiation abilities, including comfort with cold calling, lead follow-up, and relationship building.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, meetings, and documentation efficiently.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with maintaining digital records or CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand product features, pricing structures, and customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work under supervision as well as independently.
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Interest in the cleaning, hygiene, or FMCG sector and willingness to work on-site in Faridabad.
