Interior Site Supervisor ( INTERIOR DESIGN)

Role Description The Site Incharge will oversee day-to-day operations at interior and furniture execution sites in Hyderabad, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, managing workforce allocation, monitoring material usage, and maintaining site safety and cleanliness. The person in this role will track progress, report issues promptly, and support timely resolution of on-site challenges to avoid delays. Responsibilities also include supervising installation work, conducting regular inspections, documenting site activities, and ensuring client requirements are met during execution and handover.

Qualifications

• Need to 1-2 yr experience in the interior design field.
• Strong site management and coordination skills, including supervision of teams, scheduling work, and monitoring daily progress.
• Experience in interior fit-outs, furniture installation, and basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and finishes.
• Knowledge of quality control, safety practices, and adherence to timelines and budgets on active project sites.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to maintain documentation, prepare site reports, and use basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging apps) for updates.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle on-site issues, resource constraints, and last-minute changes calmly and efficiently.
• Previous experience in interior projects, construction, or furniture execution; experience in residential or premium interiors is an advantage.
• interior design, construction management, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to be present on-site during working hours and occasionally beyond, based on project needs.
